At Cloudflare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home essentials. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
